In honor of Independance Day, this week's hero is a man who makes you proud to be an American: Legendary MMA fighter Don Frye. Between his classic mustache, American Flag trunks, and intimidating scowl, Mr. Frye has been a fan favorite in the fighting world for over 20 years.
He's like the main character from every 80's fighting movie combined in to one awesome killing machine. Check out some highlights of him crushing faces of poor, unsuspecting Asians and other clueless foreigners on Youtube and be amazed. You'll learn one important lesson: Never fuck with a dude repping a Tom Selleck mustache and American Flag speedo.
