This is Eric J. Brewer. He became East Cleveland's fourth elected CEO on Jan 1st, in 06, and now presides over a city that was removed from fiscal emergency one month after he took office. He is known for his "tough stance towards employee unions".
As luck would have it, this is Eric J. Brewer's tough stance in pumps. Miss Erica if your nasty. Your boy EB hasn't yet denied, or verified these photos yet, but claimed his opponent leaked these pictures in an attempt to sway voters. Which pretty much lets voters know Lieutenant Obvious isn't qualified for the position in the first place.
